I specialize in designing extensions, reading pods, loft conversions, new build properties, conversions and renovations for homeowners. I also specialise in troubleshooting and hand holding throughout the whole process. From your initial thoughts to living in your new space.
My design process involves an initial 1 hour free consultation with you to understand your needs and vision for the project.
I then create a concept design and advise you on the way forward. I act as your Agent during the planning and Building Regulations applications process.
I can help with getting a budget costing at the planning stage, so you know how much your dream will cost.
I can help find contractors and supervise the work (project management).
In short- I care about the homeowners I am working with. I only ever take on a maximum of two householder projects in any one month to ensure that I am there for you throughout the process. I understand that this is a big commitment.
