Why have you called your company Sage Architecture?
When I was an office junior in a medium sized architectural practice in the mid-1980s, an older technical draftsperson used to sit alone at a drawing board, working away on architectural drawings
Over many months, I saw other members of staff coming to him to seek knowledge. I soon came to understand that the experience he had gained was invaluable to the practice. An architectural 'sage' providing architectural solutions
Over the past two decades, I have had the privilege of working alongside talented architects and interior designers. Also working for myself. My roles have been varied, but the underlying thread has always been design, technical support and collaboration.
I feel that I am a 'sage' providing my design and technical experience to professionals and homeowners alike.

yOU SAY YOU ARE EXPERIENCED, DO YOU HAVE QUALIFICATIONS TO BACK THAT UP?
Until recently, I have been a Chartered Architectural Technologist (MCIAT), becoming a full member and Chartered in 1997. I have resigned my membership as I no longer have anything to prove. Just like that older draftsperson. I have been providing architectural drawings and architectural solutions for over 35 years
I have a BSc (Hons) in Building Production Management from Nottingham Trent University, graduating with a High 2:1 in June 2002
I have been using Autocad to produce drawing packages since 1986 and yes I have worked on a drawing board
I have spent over 35 years working on various projects large and small.
From small householder extensions to large commercial projects.
I offer tailor made services from inception to completion.
